Live scouting is the core of my evaluation process. Watching players in person provides valuable insights into their decision-making, communication,body language, competitiveness and overall impact that cannot always be captured through video alone.
My current focus is live scouting across Germany, covering competitions from U14 basketball to senior professional leagues. My goal next year is to expand my live scouting network throughout Europe, allowing me to evaluate players across different lvl's, leagues and development environments.
Video analysis allows me to evaluate players beyond a single live observation. By reviewing multiple games, i can study player tendencies, consistency, strengths, weaknesses, decision-making and long-term development.
Combining live scouting with video analysis provides a more complete and objective evaluation of each player.
This also allows me to do video scouting for international based programs and clubs.
Every player evaluation is supported by structured scouting notes and detailed observations. My reports focus on playing style, physical profile, basketball IQ, strengths, weaknesses, role projection and long-term potential.
The goal is to provide clear, ojective and practical evaluations that support player identification and future decision-making.
I continuously develop and maintain a structured scouting databasecontaining player profiles, evaluations, long-term tracking, scouting notes and watchlists.
The database is designed to monitor player development over time rather than relying on a single performance. It serves as an organized resource for talent identification and long-term scouting projects.
